Gilbert's Gourmet Goodies is committed to producing great-tasting foods for a sweet and healthy lifestyle. All of our products are gluten-free and peanut-free and made with wholesome, all-natural ingredients that everyone will love.

Additionally, we do not use tree nuts, soy protein, milk or dairy in our products. We leave out corn and high fructose corn syrup, and won't touch trans fats, preservatives or anything artificial in any of our products. So, you can feel good about indulging.

Gilbert's Gourmet Goodies have been Certified Gluten-free, Kosher Certified, and approved by the Feingold Association.

Allergen Ingredients and Safe Manufacturing

We take food allergies and safe manufacturing seriously. Gilbert's Gourmet Goodies are produced on shared equipment that at other times processes wheat, dairy, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. We follow strict manufacturing and cleaning protocols designed to minimize the risk of cross contamination and we test each batch for the presence of gluten and peanuts.

Gilbert's products do contain eggs, and soy is present in the form of soy lecithin in the two cookies that contain chocolate chips. For complete ingredient and nutritional information, consult our products page.
