Cindi purchased lots of our cookie dough to make cookies for field day at her school. She loved that they were not only gluten-free, peanut-free and made without the top allergens, she also loved that they are Gluten-Free Certified, Kosher Certified and Feingold Association approved.
Here is a comment that Cindi sent me from one of the parents:
The cookies were great. One GF mom told me “When you are GF nothing has taste. You could eat saw dust and it would have more flavor (than GF food).” After trying the cookies, she came back and asked if I had proof they were GF. I just happened to have a few of the packages with me.
