    Gluten-Free Crepes

I used to make “regular” crepes before I was diagnosed and became gluten-free and allergy-free.  Now I make gluten-free crepes, pancakes and waffles with my own recipe.  My family loves them, irregardless of what they are made out of.

Here are pictures of our most recent crepes.  He fills it with jelly or nutella and rolls it.  Sammie likes to spread nutella in her crepe and fold it over.  I generally spread a little maple butter and cut up a banana or other fruit into my crepe.  Whatever way we eat them, they are a great breakfast treat!
