EZ Gluten-Free Barbeque Chicken Wings

I know, I know, I highlight this recipe frequently.  That’s because it’s super easy, super good and everyone asks for it!

Baked or Barbequed “Barbeque” Chicken

Chicken Wings

This is a very easy, really yummy recipe and great finger food.  It can be baked or barbequed – your choice!  Either way it’s super easy to do – and everyone loves them!  It’s like bringing in a little taste of summer into your home!  

Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings
  • Your favorite barbeque sauce

 Preparation

  • Put approximately 6 chicken wings in a gallon size bag.
  • Add your favorite barbeque sauce and seal the bag tightly
  • Shake the bag until the wings are completely covered with sauce

Cooking Directions – Baked

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Place the chicken wings into the baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until fully cooked.

 Cooking Directions – Barbequed

  • Preheat the oven to broil
  • Line the broiling pan of your oven with aluminum foil
  • Place the chicken wings on the aluminum foil
  • Broil for approximately 5 minutes, then take the pan out and turn the chicken wings over and broil for another 5 minutes, or until fully cooked

Put the wings out on a casserole dish and watch people devour them!

Easy Baked “Barbeque” Chicken

This is a very easy, really yummy recipe and great finger food.  Since it’s baked it’s super easy to do, yet it’s got that barbeque taste.  It looks beautiful, and you and your guests will love the taste! It’s like bringing in a little taste of summer into your home!

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings, “wingettes” and small drumsticks
  • Your favorite barbeque sauce.

Cooking Directions

  • Spray a baking pan with cooking spray.  This will make it easier to clean it after you’ve finished the dish.
  • Place the chicken pieces into the baking pan.
  • Pour barbeque sauce over the pieces, brushing them and turning them over to coat them evenly.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until fully cooked.

Serving Ideas

  • Put the casserole dish out with little plates for people to serve themselves.  The casserole will be full of delicious sauce made from the juices from the chicken and the barbeque sauce.
  • Drain sauce and transfer chicken pieces to a separate platter for people to pick up and eat as a finger food.
