Does Diet Help Kids with ADHD?

Interesting article about diet and how it may help children with ADHD.

I’ve received a lot of feedback from parents telling me that removing wheat, gluten and dairy in particular does help their children function better, and helps to manage their behavior.

What has been your experience?

Pies, Snickerdoodles and Thanks!

A heartfelt thanks to all of the people who ordered pies for Thanksgiving.  I am flattered to have been part of your holiday.  I also want to thank you for your emails and calls telling me how much you and your family enjoyed the pies.  I love hearing from you, certainly with positive feedback and praise and with constructive feedback as well.

I recently received the most wonderful Thank You card.  Most of my feedback comes in email, facebook and phone messages.  This one was a handwritten letter from a customer named Kathy and it is very special.

Kathy writes:  “Thank you for your wonderful gluten-free snickerdoodles.  They made my day.  They taste like the ones I use to make at Christmas time.  That my grandma use to make.  They are totally great; keep up the great work.”

Thank you, Kathy, for taking the time to write me a card with your very positive feedback.  I truly appreciate it!
