I have never written a letter to a company before, but after eating your sensational sugar cookies I had too! These are the best cookies ive ever eaten! Yesterday was my first day being gluten free I went to Whole Foods to see what my options are but was feeling very overwhelmed. I met a representative from Gilbert’s Goodies who was giving out samples in the store. She let me try the incredible cookies which I would eat even if I wasn’t gluten-free – they’re better than regular cookies!  I went from feeling depressed about the restrictions to feeling excited about the new world and community that has opened up to me! She represented your company so well and I bought three bags of cookies – and I will continue to do so in the future!  Stephanie P.

We especially love the snickerdoodle cookies. They are so soft and moist. We buy them because they are gluten-free but would buy them anyway. The new brownies are fantastic as well. Hard to believe they are glute-free. The reclosable pouch is so user friendly. Just take the amount you like and re-seal.They stay fresh for a long time assuming we do not eat the whole bag a once . LOVE the resealable pouch because I bought a few bags to share with my co-workers in my office. I’m almost afraid to try anything that says Gluten free – seems like that’s the stamp of “no taste”, but after sampling the cookies I had to buy them! The packaging says allergy friendly – which immediately caught my eye since my son is allergic to tree nuts.

We just came back from Whole Foods where a lovely lady was sharing samples of your cookies! I always like to try new products that are allergy friendly and boy I’m glad I did! The Snickerdoodles are awesome! My son is allergic to gluten, dairy, nuts and soy…so to find a cookie that tastes good is a very exciting thing. Liz… The package arrived today!! Thank you so much for the speedy service. Even though I’m having a flare up and I shouldn’t be eating any sugar, I couldn’t help but try one of the snickerdoodle cookies…OH my goodness. They are AMAZING! I don’t know how you manage to make GF cookies taste real, but you need to get these into stores nationwide. Honestly, best bite of sweet I’ve had in my mouth in a long time.
