I cannot even begin to tell you what a gold mine I found on Saturday at Lyman Orchards Winterfest – Oh that would be your cookies!!!!!! I have been recently diagnosed at 47 with Celiac’s – and have tried other brands – no way I am going back to them – could have
eaten the whole bag – and my family could not tell they were gluten free – guess I have to hide them!!

Liz… The package arrived today!! Thank you so much for the speedy service. Even though I’m having a flare up and I shouldn’t be eating any sugar, I couldn’t help but try one of the snickerdoodle cookies…OH my goodness. They are AMAZING! I don’t know how you manage to make GF cookies taste real, but you need to get these into stores nationwide. Honestly, best bite of sweet I’ve had in my mouth in a long time.

Hi. Let me introduce myself. I am a Mom of 2 and we are all on a gluten/wheat/dairy free diet. Our favorite store is Whole Foods (in Glastonbury) in which we had the pleasure of discovering your delicious cookies. I was thrilled to see you had contact information on the packaging as well as being located right here in CT!!!
I am in the process of getting a cookbook published that specializes in g/w/d free recipes. After 5 very stressful years of my child being severely ill under the medical care of a world renowned doctor, here we are living healthy once again.

Just because it said it was handmade and for real people, when I read that I immediately though: this is good! Usually cook my own food ’cause I think most of the things out there are tasteless. Specially here in Brazil.
I ate all your cookies at once, even my nephews that are not celiac, loved it.  Thank you for doing something so good.
