Great news! We've developed a new crust which is just as tasty as our existing crust, and made without any soy! Our new crusts are made with non-hydrogenated shortening for a delicious, flaky crust that is allergy-free (except for eggs).

Gilbert's Goodies fresh baked, luscious, artisan and handmade pies are chocked full of fruit and made to order. Our customers know that we use our own special recipe to make a delicious crust using fresh, premium ingredients and that we use real fruit to make our pies so unique and scrumptious. That must be why our Apple Crumb Pie won 1st Place for Outstanding Gluten-Free Product from the CT Food Association! Naturally our pies are made without gluten, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, corn, high fructose corn syrup or preservatives. You will never know these pies are gluten-free and allergy-free, and neither will your guests! These are pies that you can be proud to have at your Thanksgiving table!

Our pies are available for pick-up in CT and nearby New York, or can be shipped (see below for details).

Shipping Instructions:
All shipped pies will be frozen and packed with ample cushioning to prevent breakage. However, we cannot control the shipping process or assure that our boxes will not be dropped or handled roughly. For this reason we cannot guarantee that the pies will not be broken upon arrival. We recommend that you request overnight shipping to ensure that pies arrive on time. If you are in the tri-state region (NYC, CT, NJ) ground service usually arrives in one day; however given holiday shipments we cannot guarantee that pies shipped via ground service will arrive in one day.

Crust: Gluten-Free flour mix (white and brown rice flour, potato starch flour, tapioca starch flour), non-hydrogenated palm oil, eggs, pure cane sugar, xanthan gum. Filling: Apples, rice flour, pure cane sugar, brown sugar, non-hydrogenated palm oil, cinnamon. Crumb Topping: Rice flour, brown sugar, non-hydrogenated palm oil.

Pumpkin Pie Ingredients
Crust: Gluten-Free flour mix (white and brown rice flour, potato starch flour, tapioca starch flour), non-hydrogenated palm oil, eggs, pure cane sugar, xanthan gum. Filling: pumpkin, pure cane sugar, eggs, rice drink, cinnamon, allspice.
